From Duke West Campus:
Follow Duke University Drive until it becomes Chapel Hill Street toward downtown Durham. Turn right at the light onto Pettigrew Street, then take a right at the second entrance into the ground level of the ATC brick parking garage. This level is all open to visitor parking, no tag or badge required. Follow the "river" into the courtyard of the campus and enter Bay 9 of the Washington Building to the right. The Endowment & Investment Office is the first suite inside on the left.
